Bake with Fran started as a personal passion for culinary arts — the challenge was giving that passion a shape people could recognize and return to. Rather than positioning it as a business from day one, we built an identity around the person behind it: warm, hands-on, unmistakably personal.
We developed the brand identity from the ground up — tone, visual language, the throughline connecting the baking to the person doing it. The goal was an identity that could grow with Fran rather than box her in, keeping the focus on craft and care over polish.
